New European Factory for faster turnaround and more efficient production

To meet growing demand, we are opening a second factory in Europe. As has been the case for 4 years now, we’re dedicated to serve the varied needs of our varied clients, making mass production that starts at one, a reality. The opening of the new factory in Paris, France, is a strategic move to expand our production capabilities to meet exploding demand. Through it, we’ll be able to continue offering our clients a guaranteed 3 to 5 days turnaround time.

This is an exciting time for Sculpteo. We think everyone deserves to know what we’ve been working on over the past few weeks and months. Next September, we’ll be opening a brand new factory in Villejuif. The choice of this location is strategic for us in many ways. (not only because you’ll just need 25 minutes by bike to get there from Notre-Dame)

Demand from the professional market is booming and our 3D printers are currently running at full capacity. To handle this situation, we’ll be installing 15 new machines in this production facility and hiring 10 people to operate them and achieve better finishes.

For us, 3D printing is a revolution in the way objects are created. We are participating in a future where the range of options available for production is as varied as what you want to create: be it through additive or traditional manufacturing or a hybrid of the two.

The highest demand for our services comes from small and medium sized entreprises, ordering series of prints in the range of a hundred to a thousand units. 3D printing is no longer limited to prototyping but is becoming a real means of production.

This new factory will also serve as a production center to serve our international clients, thanks to its proximity to large, international transportation hubs. This proximity will help us meet more demand in less time and continue to be the world leader in turnaround times.
