Meet with Sculpteo at TEDxMarin!

Posted By Zach Correa on Sep 9, 2014 | 0 comments

Are you in the Bay Area and looking to get inspired? Stop by TEDxMarin, where you can meet the Sculpteo team!

This year’s theme is Adapt, and 3D printing falls perfectly into the theme. In a time when environmental problems are haunting and transportation prices are rising, we need to adapt now. With 3D printing, entire manufacturing lines can be moved toward the place of final use and can readily adapt to any manufacturing project.

Among the speakers at the Joaquin Alvarado, CEO at the Center for Investigative Reporting, Miriam Lueck Avery, Co-Director of the Institute for the Future, and Ananya Roy, Professor and Distinguished Chair in Global Poverty & Practice at the University of California, Berkeley, among others.

The topics this year range from Democracy, to medicine, to humor (a team of World Class jugglers will even be on the scene). So if you’re looking to get inspired and to meet up with the people that are at the forefront of modern thinking (like Sculpteo), be sure to stop by.

Our US regional Sales manager, Nora Touré, will be there to answer any of your questions and to show off the wonderful future that 3D printing presents. Be sure to stop by and say hello, if you’ve already got tickets. The event is now Sold Out, however there is still a waiting list for people that want to go! Be sure to sign up if you’re in the area and interested.
