Outlines of the selected image are detected using contrast and details (this is done automatically, but you can do it manually).
This outline is then extruded, and will be carved into or rised onto the design.
Of course, you may update the size and height of the extrusion.
You can re-position the symbol by clicking on the viewer on the left (rotate the design to adjust tilt, then single-click to determine the position).

Select a color or a color gradient

Gradient:

Gradient direction: rotate the model in the viewer, then click on it to set the color direction. The gradient is applied on the whole model.

Select color, and model will be painted with it.
You can use a color gradient if you want to (to update the gradient direction, rotate the model in the viewer, then single-click on in)
