Oh! and one more thing before the weekend: our friday picks!

The weekend is coming up, and it means one thing. It’s time to relax and take some time to explore our designer stores!
It has been a while since we didn’t feature any designer’s store. It is now time to catch up and let you discover some 3D printed pieces that we really like.
In case you missed it, we just partnered with Mecube to let users directly order a print from the app. Janos Stone, the CEO of Mecube, has been really implicated to make it work. Now that the latest version is online, he is curating Mecube’s shop and propose a selection of the finest models created with the app. Here is his pick for this week:
The vintage asteroid arcade game is also printed in multicolor.
Speaking of asteroids, we stumbled upon a curious print. It’s not really practical or anything, but since 3D printers are going to space, we liked Sam’s idea to 3D print asteroid models. Sam Leach worked around models he gathered from the internet and had it 3D printed in our Alumide material. You can chose the size you want for your print. Sam’s last print was about 10cm wide.
Finally and to stay on our hot design application trend, if you have some free time this weekend, you should try out the 123D creature application edited by Autodesk. We’ve printed some models crowdsourced among the online community and they look fantastic.
Now you can leave the office and start designing! Good weekend everyone!
