Friday Pick List!

Summer is winding down, but it’s no reason to feel bad about it. There are still plenty of nice sunny days to come and also plenty of 3D printing projects to imagine. In the meantime, just to relax before the weekend, you should take a look a our friday pick list.
Joaquin Baldwin‘s store is a treasure when it comes to find beautiful designs. He has created lots of models, but our favorite one is probably the reproduction of Kepler’s Platonic Model of the Solar System. Here is his a part of his item’s description:
“Kepler thought that the planets orbited the Earth, each within an orbit set on a regular polyhedron. He was mightily wrong, but his design is iconic and inspiring. All regular polyhedra are represented, in this order from the inside out: octahedron, icosahedron, dodecahedron, tetrahedron, cube.”
If you’ve stumbled upon something valuable during your vacations and want to hide it from everyone’s view, Suedwand may just have the solution for that. The designer came up with a clever 3D printed solution to lock something inside a box without any key or complex mechanism. The box is called treasure box, and it might be a little bit tricky to unlock, but it’s funny to use. There are different difficulty levels.
GAD is a Dutch based desinging company that designs many products from Fashionable Jewelry to Decorative Art. They imagined a subwoofer pendant. We’ve printed it in our silver coated material and the result is awesome. Be sure to check out their other designs.
That’s all for this week! Have a good weekend everyone!
