This is a question we’ve heard several times: What’s so special about your 3D Printing Cloud Engine? To answer this honest question, we invite you to take a look at Michaël Malapert’s brand new website, The M Family. The designer has created a new collection specially thought for 3D printing with great original designs.

Earlier in his life, Michaël gathered an extensive experience in creating large architectural spaces. He worked for Philippe Starck and then handled various restaurant and hotel projects in Shanghai, Bangkok, London or Marrakech for Imaad Rahmouni.

His work focuses on giving birth to true emotions with a deep understanding of the energies of each environment. When he decided make much smaller scale products and to dive into 3D printing, he studied very carefully the different materials and finishes to be absolutely sure about the quality and the results.

Michaël came to us with the idea to create a new brand editing its own 3D printed creations. He wanted to benefit from the possibility of 3D printing, but didn’t want to handle the production process or buy any machine. We were really happy to provide him all the tools he needed to launch this new website.

With our 3D Printing Cloud Engine, Michaël embedded a set a different tools that was the best for him on his website. With the use of our API, he connected The M Family website directly to our production facility. That way each time a customer want to order a product from his website, there is no need to leave The M Family interface. Everything takes place on the very same website, and Sculpteo handles the production of each unit.

If you don’t know about The M Family yet, then we advise you take a look at the website. Michaël’s creations are incredible, and each print really is a piece of art.
