Maker Faire is coming to Paris on the 2nd and 3rd of May. This worldwide show, born in San Mateo in 2006, is coming to the French capital for the second time. It’s all happening inside the Foire de Paris, at the Parc des Expositions. In total, 6000 square meters are dedicated to creativity and technology to make it the biggest show and tell Paris has seen in a long time. We have one word : Makers, unite!
What is the Maker spirit exactly ? First and foremost, having the Maker spirit means having a particular taste for handcrafted fabrication, electronics and the huge potential it’s offering to create and bring new things to life. The goal? Having a good time, solving all kind of problems and meeting great people at the same time.
More than 250 makers will be there to showcase their creations. Among them, you’ll find professionals, associations, and individuals all looking to share their passion about making. This year, the art of flying drones will have a special place during the show. Maker Faire Paris is dedicating them an entire area to let them fly. For those thinking of bringing theirs, don’t forget the DIY option and 3D print it.
Of course, we’ll be there too. Come have a chat and discuss your 3D printing project with us. We’ll be on the booth D09. See you there.
