The Connected Conference is back in Paris! This year, the topic will be “The rise of the internet-enabled hardware economy”.  A dedicated space curated by Autodesk will also display the future of 3D printing. Let’s see what’s planned for this coming soon 3 days event…

From the 28th to the 30th of may, in the fantastic market of Carreau du Temple, it is going to be all about the intersection of Hardware and internet through several business conferences and a whole exhibition hall. Sponsored by Autodesk, it will gather for the 2nd time among 1,000 professionals and 100 speakers. And you know what? Actually our CEO, Clément Moreau, will participate as a speaker during the conference ‘Beyond makers: How companies are using 3D Printing for smallbatch manufacturing’ that will be moderated by Chris O’Brien  from Venturebeat .

Several conferences will be directly related to 3D printing and product development:

  • May 28 3.10 pm: Building a product: Balancing design, engineering & manufacturing
  • May 28 5.45 pm: Beyond makers: How companies are using 3D Printing for smallbatch manufacturing (Clément Moreau speaker)
  • May 29 11.15 am: Using mathematics to create 3D printed solutions

Our recently awarded client Giroptic will also hold a conference on May 29th: “FROM PROTOTYPE TO 12,000 UNITS SHIPPED: HOW I DID IT” and we are super excited about the keynote of David Gram about “Inventing the Future of Lego Play”.

This year, the exhibition hall will be part experiential benchmarking, part showroom, but also networking hall. The Connected Conference will put together a series of Connected Experiences. THE thing you should not miss: a real Connected Home! This means you will have the opportunity to experiment what is about having a connected lifestyle now in 2015.
