All about Laser Cutting: San Francisco & Paris Meetups

Today, our Laser Cutting is getting out of Beta! We are very happy to announce that you can now both 3D Print AND Laser Cut with Sculpteo! For this occasion, we are planning two meetups, one in San Francisco, CA, and the other one in Paris.
We are launching our new laser cutting service today! With the same ease as you can 3D print an object via our platform, you can now laser cut. There is room for all your projects to bloom, with one or both technologies.

Why you should come
Let’s discuss the uses you can make of it, the opportunities for your business, your projects and their state of progress. We will present all our material offer, explain the main design guidelines you should observe when designing a 2D file, demonstrate how to use our platform and other useful tips. We will also present several laser cut objects.

Meetup in San Francisco, CA
When: Tuesday, September 27th
Where: Sculpteo, The Gate, 1933 Davis St. Ste # 258, San Leandro, CA
What time: 4 to 6 pm
Meet us in our San Leandro location, at The Gate. Meet us in our San Leandro location, at The Gate, If you’re not familiar with it, it will be an occasion to discover this exceptional coworking space: The Gate is a 24-acre property with ground floor retail and a second-floor art, tech, and maker community.
There will be snacks and drinks, on us!
Meetup in Paris
When: Thursday, October 13th
Where: L’Etablisienne, 88 Boulevard de Picpus, Paris XII
What time: 6pm
We suggest that we meet at L’Etablisienne, the famous Est Parisian Fabrication Lab. They describe themselves as a “place to renovate, create, personalize, fabricate”. Specialized in wood processing, they have all the equipment you would need.
They make their Laser Cutting Machine available FOR YOU on October the 13th. Come with your 2D models, you may have a chance to laser cut it! There will be free food and snacks, and a demonstration on a laser cutter!
