Commercial Sales Representative

Sculpteo (www.sculpteo.com) is the premiere site for online 3D printing & laser cutting services. Both business professionals and individual consumers can upload their designs and have them laser cut or printed from professional grade 3D printers in either small batches or individually. This allows for the most cost efficient manner of industrial prototyping on the market. All orders are placed online, however Sculpteo maintains strong business to business relationships offline as well. We also have easy cloud printing services available, which allows professionals to integrate 3D printing directly into their existing services.

Always on the forefront of innovation, Sculpteo is currently developing new tools and materials which will make designing and printing even easier and more cost efficient. Sculpteo is looking for a knowledgeable full-time sales representative who fully believes in the Sculpteo products and services. We are looking for a “startup” profile that shares our passion.

About the Job:

The Sales representative position is a key role in our organization. The Account Manager has direct and daily contact with our customers and is expected to grow relationships and accounts. The position is fast paced and requires excellent communication, critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask. The Account Manager sells company services. Success is measured by meeting sales objectives and performing all duties with a high ethical standard while exceeding all customer requirements.

Position and responsibilities:

Manage & Prioritize incoming requests from multiple sources (i.e. email, phone calls, events leads)

Specify and recommend solutions to customers

Acknowledge & Process customer’s Request For Quotes (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO)

Set up & Manage customer requirements (Quote & Order) and accounts

Establish & Manage Customer Accounts

Build & Maintain Customer Relationships

Monitor & Manage Customer Order Management Systems (as required)

Co-Management of Key Accounts with Business Development Director

Acknowledge Internal Material and Programming limitations to Advance Projects

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience

Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Desire to learn

Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Sense of urgency, high energy

Proactive, results oriented approach

High accountability

Ability to multitask

Positive attitude

High self-confidence

Position is based in San Leandro, California.

3D Printing Technician

Are you a DLP or SLA hobbyist passionate about new 3D printing technologies? As a 3D Printing Technician you will be responsible for operating, managing and maintaining the most advanced 3D printers in our factory. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing logistics to ensure timely delivery of customer parts.

Daily tasks include checking the quality of our customers’ uploaded design files, printing the files on our large scale 3D printers and performing regular machine maintenance. You will become intimately knowledgeable of today’s best practices in additive manufacturing and will be trained by our global team of 3D printing experts.

Responsibilities:

Preparing digital files to be 3D printed

Analyzing results of the printed files and improving the production process

Sorting and post-processing and cleaning 3D printed parts

Monitoring inbound orders and producing finished products

Taking lead on logistics, order logging, packaging and shipping of finished products

Being in charge of daily plant cleaning, upkeep and safety compliance

Performing preventative machine maintenance

Assuring each machine is clean and optimized for production

Managing production inventory and supply inputs

Having a team oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn

Position is based in San Leandro, California.
