Plastic is a great starter material. Strong, with a fairly good level of detail and slightly flexible, it comes in a wide range of colors. If you're not sure which material to go with, plastic is a great all rounder.

Resin is a rigid, glassy material with a smooth surface, perfect for high detailed visualization. Moving parts work quite well. It comes in black, white and translucent or painted in a wide range of colors.

Parts printed with CLIP can be used for prototyping as well as end products. This technology produces consistent and predictable mechanical properties, creating parts that are smooth on the outside and solid on the inside.

Strong, slightly flexible material that can withstand some pressure when bent. A mix of plastic and aluminium powder, the surface has a grainy, sandy appearance and is slightly porous. Good for moving parts and mechanical items.

Glass-Filled Nylon is a white, glass bead filled polyamide 12 powder, which is characterized by an excellent stiffness in combination with good elongation at break.

Flexible Plastic is an off-white powder-based material. Strong, with outstanding flexibility, it makes a top choice for 3D prints resembling soft products or for innovative uses as a final product. With a decent level of detail and good mechanical properties, it has Shore Hardness of 65A. It will serve most of your needs for flexible 3D prints.

A plaster-like material that is colored as it prints. Excellent for purely decorative items but its brittle nature means shocks or friction should be avoided. Contact with water should also be avoided.

Rigid material produced by oven glazing. The surface looks shiny and very smooth but weakly detailed. Water and heat resistant.

Produced through lost-wax casting of a 3D printed model. Not suitable for articulated designs. Highly detailed, perfect for jewelry.
