Note that this rail is in the way of the AUG external barrel detachment switch. In order to remove the AUG external barrel from the receiver, you'll have to remove this bottom rail first. If that is not your intent, we have a number of other AUG bottom rails that do not conflict with the switch mechanism. Bottom Picatinny/weaver rails for the AUG airsoft electronic gun (http://AEG). The airsoft AUG is a replica of the Australian Steyr AUG, which may not have any Picatinny rails. This bottom rail replaces the AUG foregrip and provides a rail to the bottom of the AUG.
You will also need a #6-32x3/4" screw and a #6-32 nut to fasten this bottom Picatinny rail to the foregrip interface. The screw and nut are not included, but can be easily sourced from your local hardware store (e.g. Home Depot, Lowes, etc.).
Airsoft equipment used for illustration of this AUG Bottom Picatinny Rail are not included.
