This is a Picatinny rail for the VSS Vintorez airsoft gun. The standard VSS Vintorez has a slanted handguard. Mounting a regular Picatinny rail or Weaver rail to the bottom of the handguard means the rail will be slanted as well. This specially designed 7-slots Picatinny rail accounts for the slant. When you affix this rail to the bottom of the VSS Vintorez handguard, it will give you a Picatinny rail that is parallel to the barrel.
Airsoft VSS Vintorez guns that are compatible with this rail: 1) AY VSS Vintorez; 2) Echo1 Red Star IGOR; 3) S&T VSS Vintorez.
This MP5 Handguard Picatinny Rail is designed based on the airsoft electonic guns (http://AEG) listed above. It may work with other brand's VSS Vintorez as well. However, slight modification may be necessary.
You will need a fixation method; glue, epoxy, screws and nuts, etc. Fastening adhesive and hardware are not included, but can be easily sourced from your local hardware store (e.g. Home Depot, Lowes, etc.).
Airsoft equipment used for illustration of this VSS Handguard Picatinny Rail are not included.
WARNING: Although you can use this rail on your real firearm, we have never tested it with real firearms. We do not know if the firearm recoil will or will not damage this rail and any accessories attached to it. Use this rail with real firearms at your own risk.
