The Patriot M4 external barrel has internal thread, not the external thread like a standard outer barrel. This adapter converts the 14mm internal thread into 14mm outer thread, so that you can mount standard airsoft muzzle devices--mock silencer, flash hider, etc.--on the Patriot M4.
This adapter is compatible with the following airsoft equipment:
Note that this adapter does not preserve the silencer fat can. Instead, it converts your APS Mini Patriot M4 silencer front end into a floating RIS. Choose our "Patriot M4 Silencer Adapter" if you wish to preserve the silencer.
The adapter is unthreaded, allowing self cutting of the thread when screwed onto the external barrel and when screwed into the muzzle device. Therefore, you can use it on positive or negative 14mm threads.
