Metrology & Quality control: Have your parts tested

Quality control in 3D printing is no longer based on assumptions, but on measured and verifiable facts.

We provide a dedicated metrology room to inspect each material and every stage of the production process. And this expertise is also available… for your own parts, whether they are small or large!

Eprouvettes

This space, equipped with a comprehensive range of measuring devices, allows us to analyze, control, and certify our materials, parts, and working environments. Each step of the process is thus measured, validated, and adjusted if necessary before, during, and after production.

Internally measured data

Certifiable quality control

Added value for our clients

A custom mechanical and dimensional testing service, perfect for any precision part production...

Unsure about the strength, flexibility, or appearance of a printed part?
Need to validate the compliance of your prototypes or compare performance across different materials, shapes, or technologies?
We offer customized tests on your parts to evaluate:

  • Mechanical properties

  • Surface finish (roughness)

  • Accurate color matching

...perfect for testing your parts under real-world conditions!

We provide access to a mechanical test bench to analyze the actual performance of your printed parts. One of our engineers will handle the testing protocol and deliver a clear report of the results. All tests are performed in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 527-2 standard. Among other things, we measure:

  • Elongation at break

  • Elastic modulus

  • Tensile strength

  • Etc.
