3DPCase was one of Sculpteo’s first big projects and a winner of “Best of Innovations” at CES 2013. The concept? You choose the model of your smartphone, a style, some graphics and text using Sculpteo’s 3DP Case app and we 3D print your custom design in our factory.
We are committed to making the 3D printing process more accessible than ever and have developed a set of tools to help you reach the best results and quality possible with your 3D printing projects. Your uploaded files are automatically repaired with our proprietary algorithm and you are able to review the solidity, thicken your parts and even hollow your file with just one click.

In 2016, Sculpteo launched its Laser cutting online service to give you access to another digital manufacturing technique from one platform. You can enjoy a large selection of materials, colors, and thicknesses to suit your project. Laser cutting is another real alternative to traditional manufacturing processes for rapid production!
In 2017 we launched Sculpteo Studio to help businesses identify 3D printing opportunities and implement a 3D printing process. With their consulting, design and training services, our industrial designers put their expertise at your disposal to guide you in the conception of your project. One of their first projects was the Sculpteo Bike with 70% of the parts digitally manufactured. We’ve also ridden this bike from Las Vegas to San Francisco to test its resistance and viability.
We are dedicated to 3D printing and putting in the R&D to make this technology even more widely used. Our proprietary Smoothing Beautifier solution gives you the finished look of injection molded parts for Nylon PA12.
